This is all dependent upon the destination, size of your parcels as well as the weight of any given packages.
All items are logged and stored in our secure repository under constant surveillance and access control. Insurance and tracking are available; portal provides status and inventory images.
Nothing is off limits at CardPort. We have a multitude of different packaging options we use to get things put together in the most efficient way possible and understanding the need for collectors to get whatever it is they want and need in their packages.
Yes, we aim to not limit ourselves to simple trading cards and do our utmost to accommodate tickets to miscellaneous memorabilia from shirts to medals to signed equipment. Just make sure to let us know prior to purchase that the item is arriving and our support team will notify you of the fees associated so you don’t get any surprises along the way.

This is something in the pipeline that we’re looking at achieving. Our first step would be to work with third-party firms as well as individuals who offer grading submissions to work out the logistical approach behind offering services like these. PSA, as well as other grading services, offer a multitude of logistical challenges which we must look to smooth out and incorporate into our current service offerings.

If your country requires it, the shipment request must include the declared outbound customs value on the package. We will look to expand into third-party package insurance providers once the business grows and our service offering reaches international collectors.
Customers are responsible for processing any customs duties or taxes that may be due on incoming CardPort packages. We do not hold any responsibility.
As a business, we are inclined to suggest that you always set the value of your packages to their true value. However, with the reliability of our deliveries, can you? Yes
We use the standard insurance cover via the shipping provider. We also recommend using Secursus, a third party insurance provider, to insure all of your packages – great value for money and a good way to ensure peace of mind.
Once the packaging and shipping procedure is completed, we upload all tracking numbers to customer dashboards directly for you to view in real time.
We aim to be the forefront for collectors worldwide based in the UK and, as such, have a maximum hold time at our repository of 6 months. This is to ensure that we have sufficient storage for all our customers as well as that being a solid window of time for collectors to consolidate as many items as they possibly can without incurring any additional fees. Once that 6-month point is reached, we charge a one-off fixed fee of £4.49 (£0.0249444 p/day) per item no matter the type – this is highlighted clearly on our fee structure.
We offer a rush processing of consolidation requests
The consolidation address is provided in the top left hand corner of all customer dashboards – it’s the same for all customers, the only difference is the reference of your username so we can identify which package is for who.
Security is one of the priorities of how we run our service and, as such, using a secure PO box mail service with our friends at Mail Boxes Etc removes the single point of failure from our system. Depending on future plans for expansion and the volume of items we get through our accounts, we may look to change this to improve our efficiency.
None whatsoever. All of our fees are outlined before customers even sign up for accounts on our website. Any fees we do introduce will be laid out to all customers prior to introduction so nothing is kept behind closed doors.
Another great thing we do at CardPort is never ask for our processing fees to be paid within a certain timeframe or upfront at the point of receiving your items. We want you to consolidate as many items as possible with us, expand your collection and only set one final payment once you’re ready to dispatch your cards and have them in hand. This is outlined clearly in your account dashboard.
With all incoming items we take a picture of the packaging as well as the full condition of the item in question. If there are any significant damages to the cards, we will make sure to take additional pictures and upload them to your dashboard. We are not responsible for coordinating disputes but will do our utmost to support all customers with any issues or queries.
We have a helpdesk system built into all customer accounts – for anything you may need, simply submit a ticket and we’ll be sure to work through and provide support wherever possible.
We understand that, at times, shipping providers do not always deliver. Unfortunately, this is out of CardPort’s control as a business but we understand the importance of getting people what they want, when they want it in the best condition possible. We will ensure that any missing packages are chased and missing mail requests are submitted as well as providing the necessary evidence to all shipping providers on details of the packages. Outside of that, it is in the hands of the shipping providers to do their best to find any delayed or lost packages.
CardPort has no limits to where it can reach – we aim to get UK product to anywhere in the world no questions asked!
Absolutely – if anything, we strongly recommend breakers and card dealers as well as any other parties in the UK hobby to not only recommend our service but actively use it with their customers.

We are a trading card, memorabilia and general hobby focused business and accept items that collectors may want. Outside of that, our prohibited and restricted items include explosives, fireworks, flares and ammunition within the dangerous and hazardous goods category as well as perishables and food, medicines, liquids
, narcotics
etc… A full list can be found on our
website in our terms & conditions.
